I. Manuscript Submission

Please upload your full paper or abstract via the submission system on the conference official website.

Submissions by email are not accepted in any form. Any manuscripts sent via email will not be processed.

If you encounter file upload failures, we recommend that you:

• ⦁ Refresh the page multiple times and try again;

• ⦁ Switch to a different network environment or try uploading at a different time;

• ⦁ If the issue persists after multiple attempts, please contact the organizing committee at: IConAECC2026@usssociety.org.

II. Manuscript Status and Revisions

You may log in to the submission system at any time to check the real-time status of your manuscript (e.g., "Under Review," "Revision Required," "Accepted," "Rejected," etc.).

During the permissible revision period, you may update your manuscript file, modify author information, or adjust other submission-related fields through the system. After each revision, the system will automatically overwrite the previous version and log the update.

III. Registration and Payment

Important Note: The registration and payment channel is only accessible for accepted manuscripts. Before the manuscript status changes to "Accepted," the payment portal will not be displayed. Please do not attempt to make any off-system transfers to avoid unnecessary losses.

Once your manuscript is accepted, the payment channel will be automatically activated. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration fee payment.

IV. IEEE Copyright Agreement Submission

The submission channel for the IEEE Copyright Agreement will automatically open after the registration fee payment is completed.

At that point, upon logging in to the submission system, the "Submit IEEE Publication Agreement" button will become active. Click it to complete your submission.

Special Reminder: The paper title, author names, and their order as filled in the copyright agreement must be exactly identical to those in the final manuscript submitted. Any discrepancies may result in publication delays or rejection.

V. Other Matters

You may also perform the following operations through the submission system:

• ⦁ Check payment records and payment status;

• ⦁ Apply for electronic invoices;

• ⦁ View review forms/comments.

If you encounter difficulties accessing the conference website, we suggest that you:

• ⦁ Try again at a different time (this may be due to network congestion);

• ⦁ Check your local browser (recommended: latest versions of Chrome or Edge) and network settings;

• ⦁ Confirm that there are no restrictions from your company or campus firewall.
