Registration Fee Description

The registration fees are structured according to a differentiated pricing model, as detailed in the table above. All fees are quoted in USD and are determined by the author's country of affiliation (India / Other Countries), registration period (Early / Standard / Late), and participant category (Industry, Non-Student, or Student).

Membership Discount: Participants holding a valid IEEE or USS membership are eligible for the corresponding member rates. Non-member authors and attendees are encouraged to apply for USS membership (United Societies of Science) to benefit from the discounted fees and ongoing academic engagement. Membership application is available at: https://www.usssociety.org/membership/. Please ensure your membership status is active at the time of registration to qualify for the reduced rates.

Registration Periods (based on payment receipt timestamp):

• ⦁ Early Registration: from the date of acceptance to November 27, 2026

• ⦁ Standard Registration: November 28 - December 5, 2026

• ⦁ Late Registration: December 6 - December 12, 2026

Co-author Registration: For each accepted paper, any additional co-author who wishes to attend the conference and requires a separate registration is subject to a flat fee of USD 80. This rate applies uniformly to co-authors (excluding the primary/presenting author), regardless of country of origin, participant category, or registration period, and is not eligible for membership discounts.

All participants are advised to select the appropriate category based on their eligibility and complete the registration within the designated timeframe to secure the applicable rate and confirm their participation.
